Never want to miss the opportunity for some face time especially in election season . Now , did Swansboro actually do this section or was it the State DOT ?

Mister Grinch

Was it Swansboro or was it State DOT? The answer to that question, Mr. Collins, depends upon when, how, and in front of whom, you pose the question......

A different answer for each hour of the day perhaps ? Obvious who is taking credit for it . What begs the question is various folks have made a number of excuses over the years . Can’t do this or that because the road belongs to the state or county or the man in the moon . The road also includes the right of way , does it not ? Has anything changed or is it just pre election posturing and bluster ?
