Ward Shore project complete

The recently completed Ward Shore Park pervious parking area is one example of a project that could be identified as worthwhile under the upcoming NC Resilient Coastal Communities Program. The park’s living shoreline is another. For the compete story on the Ward Shore project purchase a copy of the April 14, 2021, Tideland News. (Pete Rulon photo)

Tideland News finally got themselves a News Chopper?

Thank you for the comment Shore Service! It allows me to give a shout-out to Pete, who has become quite adept at drone photography.

Sorry but what has all this accomplished other than a bunch of smoke and mirrors . One good storm will wash all this away , will it not ? Welcome to the world of baffle them with BS and deception . All in the name of doing something without doing anything . Just patting them selves on the back while returning to their lazy boy rockers . Sorry but that is what it seems out here in the hinterland . Fix the darned drainage and the streets , just a hint .
