CARTERET COUNTY — The Crystal Coast Choral Society, or CCCS, under the direction of Finley Woolston, will celebrate its 35th anniversary by performing two Christmas concerts entitled “A Gift for the Season.”
MOREHEAD CITY — La Musique of Carteret County will present its 32nd annual Miss La Musique Pageant Saturday, Nov. 20, at 6:30 p.m. at the Fellowship Hall of First United Methodist Church, 9th and Arendell streets, in Morehead City.
HARKERS ISLAND — Cape Lookout National Seashore is pleased to announce a November edition of Astronomy Night on Saturday, Nov. 20 outdoors at the Harkers Island Visitor Center from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
CARTERET COUNTY — The Beach Ballers, representing the Carteret County Senior Games, won a gold medal in the 2021 N.C. Senior Games State Finals Virtual Softball Tournament.
MOREHEAD CITY — Rock band Wizards of Winter will put on two shows of its holiday rock opera “The Christmas Dream” at the Crystal Coast Civic Center with 100% of the proceeds going to BackPack Friends.
MOREHEAD CITY — The Rotary Club of Morehead City is accepting presale orders for full, fresh and fragrant, handcrafted 22-inch Fraser fir Christmas wreaths with red bows to be delivered direct from its Ashe County supplier and available Sunday, Nov. 28.
